Power electronics

Cristian Verdugo received the master degree in Electronic Engineering and the bachelor degree in Electronic Civil Engineering, with a major in power electronics in 2015 from the Technical University Federico Santa María, Valparaíso (Chile).

Currently he is studying towards his PhD in Electrical Engineering in the Research Center on Renewable Electrical Energy Systems at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).
His research interests include the control and the topologies of photovoltaic plants, control of multilevel converters and HVDC applications.
