Optimal Management of Electrical Energy

Leonardo Marín received the master degree in engineering of Automatic Systems and Industrial Electronics

from Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain) and the bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering (2005)

from University of Cuenca (Ecuador).

Currently he is pursuing his PhD in Electrical Engineering under Renewable Electrical Energy System Research Center,

Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona (Spain).

 

His research interest includes the stability of power systems with high penetration of renewable energies,

the dynamic interaction between AC and DC systems and the study of microgrids.
