Daniel Remón Rodríguez presented his PhD "Impact of solar PV plants with synchronous power controllers on power system stability", that has been supervised by Pedro Rodríguez. The opponents gave to this PhD the maximum mark, Excellent Cum Laude. Daniel Remón presented the results of his works in the field of impact analysis of synchronous controllers in the performance and stability of electrical networks, considering different levels of integration. The evalution committee was integrated by Cathy Yao Chen, ABB Research, Xiongfei Wang (AAU) and Joan Bergas (UPC).
